A revised, updated survey of 20th-century interior design from the Arts and Crafts Movement to the present day, including discussions on Art Nouveau, Bauhaus, the Modern Movement, Art Deco, Hi-Tech and Green. All types of interiors are explored and placed within their social, political, economic and cultural contexts.
