Sail, Sack and Canvas Working Film

An ACE funded SHCG produced film detailing the the tools used to help create sails and work sack and canvas. Drawing on tools and skills examined in the Rope Making and Rigging film in the same series, expert Des Pawson here explains the different types and function of the tools of the trade such as the sailmaker's palm, seam rubbers and needles.
