This online pamphlet was produced to accompany the Remembering Slavery project in 2007 and brings together information and sources from the participating institutions: Newcastle Literary & Philosophical Society, Northumberland Collections Service, Robinson Library Special Collections, Tyne & Wear Archives Service, and Tyne and Wear Museums.  It outlines the local connections to both the slave trade and the campaign for its abolition, and is illustrated with images and objects from the partners' collections.
