Papers for this Year's AGM

At this year’s AGM we will be proposing and debating one of the most significant changes to SHCG since its establishment in 1974. The committee is proposing a new constitution and that the Group should apply for charitable status. To this end we would be very grateful if you could read the attached information in advance of AGM, and come armed with any questions you might want answered!
